How do I have an item monogrammed?
Click here for detailed instructions on monogramming, styles and available thread colors. Allow one additional week for delivery of orders that include personalized items. All in-stock items will be shipped together after personalization is completed.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses?
Absolutely! Simply select "Ship to more than one address" on the Billing & Shipping page of the checkout process. As a registered user, you can select addresses from your address book or add new addresses.

What are the shipping and processing charges for furniture and large rugs?
Because furniture and large rugs cost more to ship than our other merchandise, a surcharge has been added to our regular shipping and processing charge. This additional amount will appear on the item detail page after the size and color for the item has been selected.

How do I track the status of an order?

How do I redeem a Gift Card or coupon online?
To redeem a Gift Card or coupon, type the number in the space provided on the Payment Information page during the checkout process.

How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order at any time prior to pressing the "Submit Order" button at the end of the checkout process. If you want to cancel your order after you have pressed the Submit Order button, you should contact our Customer Service Department by phone (800.870.3513) immediately.

How do I exchange or return an item during the holiday shopping season?
Anything you purchase now through December 24, 2022 you can return for an exchange or refund through March 31, 2023. (Continental U.S. only. Other customers, please contact Customer Service.)
Send your item using the standard UPS or USPS return label included with your order. For your records, please jot down the tracking number from the label.
For exchanges, there is no charge to return the item, and the new merchandise will be shipped to you with no shipping fee. For returns, there is a $8.95 shipping fee per package with our label.
Should you prefer to pay for your own return shipping and insurance via the carrier of your choice, please still include the standard return label and ship to:

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Our gift packaging option is available for $6.00 per gift box on most items. When you choose to have your purchase gift boxed, your gift will be packaged with tissue paper and packaged in a celadon-green box finished with a decorative ribbon. Each gift is accompanied by a Garnet Hill gift card personalized with your message.
You can group items together in gift boxes during the checkout process. We will do our best to fill your order as requested; however, due to box size limitations, we may need to make some adjustments. Please note that there is a limit of 3 gift boxes per ship-to address. back to top

How safe and secure is your website?
Garnet Hill protects your online order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL digitally encrypts your order, making it undecipherable to anyone except Garnet Hill. What is a Card Identification Number?
We require a Card Identification Number on all credit card orders. The CIN is an important security feature that appears on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards and on the front of American Express credit cards. This ID number is a three- or four-digit number that provides a cryptographic check of the information printed on the card. This helps validate that the customer placing the order is actually in possession of the card, and that the account is legitimate.
